The accommodation is extremely comfy and reasonably priced. the hotel boasts a magnificent setting adjacent to the tram and Migros supermarket, Botanical Gardens, and bus stops and the train station/bus station. - the breakfast offered is marvellous with a good choice of food options.

Tbh, had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay for four nights. We got large room with a balcony. The food was good and the location was magnificent. Café Coffee Lab located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

the hotel is on a particularly good and ideal location very close to geneva for a half day and tram and migros supermarket. downtown district is absolutely worth visiting.

Perfectly adequate hotel fulfilled its purpose. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Anothere plus is the free tram pass to get in and out of the city.

Our stay was spoilt by the extortionate cost of a small bottle of water from the fridge. Most hotels in that price range give clients a free bottle of water.

Location right by the International Conference Centre, tram stops, and the main train station, bus station, and the airport. An electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk available in the standard king room. Exceptional service from the exceptionally kind, fairly friendly staff members.

Our experience at Nh Geneva City was relaxing. We enjoyed the chic and clean hotel. the staff were really wonderful and spent a lot of time helping us. the location was good, with the Zoo not too far away. the property was set in a very quiet area, and the airport was just 5 km away.

I stayed at the hotel 2 years prior to the current stay, it was pretty good...Breakfast was good...Excellent location, near airport, not far away from Geneve...

Now, just everything went wrong: hotel staff at the reception - Vladimir wasn't neither helpful nor polite, wallpapers were scratched, mini-bar didn't work (I needed to put some pills there), even the wallpapers in the dining room were scratched...we tried to change the room 3 times and finally ended with mini-bar instead of wallpapers...there is plenty of stuff to tell, but just keep in mind - there is no free cheese, so if you see huge discount for stay here - think about why...
